The Beauty: My favorite number is eleven, so it is fitting that my favorite English WAG, Amanda Harrington, is being honored on PLTO on November 11th (11/11). As the pic to the left displays, Amanda is about as ridiculously hot as they come. Thus, her resume predictably contains the following jobs: (1) beauty queen (Miss Liverpool), (2) model (duh), and (3) actress (but of course). She is so incredibly gorgeous, I bet she has to beat boys off with a stick.
The Beast: Another fan of beating boys is Newcastle midfielder (and Amanda’s former boyfriend) Joey Barton. You see, Barton, who is best known for his days with Man City, has been arrested for assault many, many times. He’s what the penal system likes to refer to as a “repeat offender” and he has spent some time behind bars, or ”in the pokey” as they used to say. I don’t know what Amanda saw in him. Oh yeah, he is rich and attractive. Case closed.
The Bard: Amanda deserved a man better than Barton, and an ode better than this one:
Amanda Harrington’s beauty shimmers so brightly, it’s quite a blinding sight.
It’s been known to inspire great poems, and instigate many a night club fight.
Her boytoy would wrestle with everyone who saw her, even one time a ref.
So Harrington left him for LA to consider an offer from a gent named Hef.
But his leathery balls and century-old equipment quickly gave her the hurls.
So she came back to the UK and snagged herself a show called Glamour Girls.
