Now that the season has come to a finish it is time to honor those that deserve to be awarded and chastise those that deserve to be denigrated. It has been another long, hard road for every club that battled in the Premier League this season. We will take a look back at some of the year’s best performances and also some of the worst. Each day we will introduce a new category and we will try to select the most deserving candidate for our annual and inaugural Premier League Tickets Online award winners and (in a few cases) losers.
Now award winners can vary from players, to coaches, to entire clubs. So stay tuned to find out who PLTO will name MVP of the Premier League or Coach of the Year. Also stay tuned to find out what club is considered the most improved or disappointing of the 2008/2009 season. Find out who is considered the best team player and who is considered the league’s biggest baby. Find out all of these things and much more over the next two weeks as we present to you…. the PLTO AWARDS CERMONY.
Will your favorite team make the Hall of Fame or the Hall of Shame? Will your club be labeled the League’s Beast or the League’s Least? The season might be over, but now it is time to collect the hardware. And what’s a better way to end the year then an awards show? It’s not like there are too many awards shows already, right? I mean there’s only the Academy Awards, the Golden Globes, the Grammy’s, the Emmy’s, the Tony’s, the MTV Music Video and Movie Awards, the CMT Music Awards, the BET Music Awards, the Spike Video Game Awards, the Independent Spirit Awards, the Espy’s, etc..
