The draw for the knockout stages of the Champions League threw up some interesting games. Arguably the highlight of the round sees Jose Mourinho return to Chelsea when his Inter Milan take on the club now coached by former AC Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti.
There is also another Italy v England reunion As Manchester United will play AC Milan, who should have a certain David Beckham in its line-up. I believe that this will be Beckham’s first visit to Old Trafford as a visiting player.
Champions League champions Barcelona will take on Stuttgart in the first knockout round. Like all the group winners, Barcelona will be at home in the second leg of their tie as they continue their bid to become the first team in the UEFA Champions League era to lift the trophy two years running.
